Cemetery Expansion

The SSJOA cemetery as originally designed to bury 300 children. The need has far exceeded our initial space. Even though we have adjusted the original cemetery to receive over 1,000 burials, we will soon run out of space. Additional room has been made available by St Timothy’s Episcopal Church to more than triple the area available for burials. The cost to bury drainage pipes and remove trees is estimated at $100,000.
